Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Unik Models website located at unikmodels.ca and any related services operated by Unik Models Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. By accessing this site or submitting any form, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
Agency Representation
Unik Models Inc. operates as a licensed talent agency representing models for commercial, editorial, runway, fitness, and related bookings. Representation is established solely through a signed written agreement between Unik Models Inc. and the talent. Submission of an application does not constitute an offer of representation.
Model Applications
By submitting a model application through this site, you confirm that all information and photographs provided are accurate and belong to you or you have rights to submit them. You grant Unik Models Inc. a non-exclusive licence to review, store, and evaluate your submission materials. Materials submitted are used solely for scouting and evaluation purposes and are not shared publicly without written consent.
Client Bookings and Castings
Casting requests submitted through this site are treated as inquiries only and do not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to a separate written agreement between the client and Unik Models Inc. Unik Models Inc. reserves the right to decline any casting request at its sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, copy, logos, and design is the property of Unik Models Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from Unik Models Inc.
Limitation of Liability
Unik Models Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any services provided. Our total liability in any matter related to these terms is limited to the amount paid by you to Unik Models Inc. in the preceding twelve months, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Changes to These Terms
Unik Models Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
