Information submitted through casting requests is used to match talent to project requirements and communicate with the submitting client. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.
Data Retention
Model application materials are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission. If you are offered representation, your information is retained for the duration of the agency relationship and for 7 years following its conclusion as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@unikmodels.ca.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
